Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policies

No Refunds: All sales and services provided by Quick Seal Notary Services are final and non-refundable.

 

This includes fees for notary (mobile) services and any related shipping, courier services, Travel, parking, tolls, after hours, rush, emergency services, fees, credit card service fees,  & concierge services which are also non-refundable and non-transferable, even in cases where an notarization is rejected.

 

There will be no return or refunds at Quick Seal Notary unless we happen to make a mistake that needs to be fixed on the Notary Certificate. Then we will certainly do whatever we need to do fix our mistake.

Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances unless required by law. In extremely rare and exceptional cases, a refund may be issued at the sole and absolute discretion of Quick Seal management. If such a refund is issued, a processing charge of $50.00 will be applied, and any expenses already incurred by Quick Seal  on behalf of the customer, such as shipping, processing, third-party fees, or additional handling and processing fees for rejected notarizations , will be deducted from the refund amount.
