Fees for mortgage/loan closings/debt settlements are calculated on a case-by-case basis dependent upon the type of loan, day, date, time, size of document package,  scan backs, shipping fees, courier fees, printing, copies, split-signings, as well as location.  Please call or email for a free price quote. Pre-Payment is required to place a notary on the schedule for closing. Rescheduling or Cancellations 48 hours is 50% of fee.
