Service Description
We travel to the client to care facility, rehab, nursing home, hospice etc. This price includes travel fee & all notarizations. If you require additional witnesses, and are unable to provide them, please call regarding witness provision. 24 hour notice is usually needed for scheduling. Additional fees apply.
Cancellation Policy
When you book online, you agree that you have read & agreed to our terms of service on our booking page. Cancellations must me made 24 hours in advance via email at SharpSeal@proton.me or via text at 419-792-5525 An email from one of our customer service representatives will be sent to the email requesting cancellation with a verification number. Cancellations less than 24 hours of scheduled appointment is charged full retainer fee & are non refundable & non-transferrable. All services, regardless of outcome, are non-refundable or transferrable. We are not attorneys, no content on this website is not considered legal advice.
