Cancellation Policy

When you book online, you agree that you have read & agreed to our terms of service on our booking page. Cancellations must me made 24 hours in advance via email at SharpSeal@proton.me or via text at 419-792-5525 An email from one of our customer service representatives will be sent to the email requesting cancellation with a verification number. Cancellations less than 24 hours of scheduled appointment is charged full retainer fee & are non refundable & non-transferrable. All services, regardless of outcome, are non-refundable or transferrable. We are not attorneys, no content on this website is not considered legal advice.
